Lemonland's a Must-Squeeze

To all my young girlfriends.
To all my male friends that have girlfriends or wives.
To everyone out there with breasts. (yes, even men get breast cancer!)

Through my Group, and through becoming more involved socially with people with cancer, I have discovered that breast cancer is no longer just for women in their forties. I have met many younger women (one as young as 21 years of age) that have been diagnosed with breast cancer in their early 20's- early 30's. Some of these young women have even been caught with late stage cancer which is much harder to treat. Breast cancer is no longer for the middle-aged. It's time to become more aware of your health, and to keep an eye out for the signs.

A friend named Shelley, who is part of the "group," directed me to her friend's site. This is a take things into your own hands (no pun intended) site. It's also as cute as a breast cancer site can be. Lemonland is the name, and cancer detection is the game. Please make time for your health and stop by lemonland and learn.

Post ya' later,

Luv,

Lori

I wonder what changes in peoples lifestyles have caused this to become a problem earlier and earlier in life. Or could it just be that we are more aware?

I am going to pass this suggestion on to all my friends. Thanks for teaching me something, yet again.
I find myself checking in on you more & more. It goes without saying that you are amazingly brave & inspiring (as if you had a choice, huh?) Thank you for sharing such brutal truths & opening my eyes. I think your husband is gold...you must be so proud of him, he so obviously is of you.

Hey Killer,
Thanks for the notes on Royal Jelly. It is, in scientific terms, the food produced to create Queen Bees, Ants, and Termites. I imagine the real stuff is a tough swallow, but it has to be expensive as well.... I don't imagine great quantities of it being produced in relation to honey.
Other notes, I hope you are feeling better and you have my sincerest sympathies on your plight. I asked for this pain... it is nothing (and often enjoyed). You didn't ask for yours and you must be going through Hell. Keep those demons at arms length. If they have a problem with that, send 'em my way and have a great day.
